What to bring:
- Cash (limited credit cards services available)
- Blanket or small tarp
- Chairs (chairs over 30 inches in height are allowed, but seating will be in designated areas to the sides of center)
- Hat
- Dark glasses
- Small backpack (subject to search)
- Sunscreen
- Sweater or jacket for the late afternoon
- Camera
- Personal water bottles
- Shade umbrellas (seating will be in designated areas to the sides of center if you bring shade)
What not to bring:
- Food
- Beverages
- Pets
- Large backpacks
- Coolers
- Glass containers
Camping
What to bring:
- Sleeping Bag, Pillow and foam sleeping pad
- Tent
- Flashlight with extra batteries
- Camera with extra batteries
- Extra set of clothes and shoes
- Swimsuit
- Sweater or jacket
- Hat, sunscreen, dark glasses (croakies to hold glasses)
- Toiletries (soap, tooth brush, toothpaste, etc)
- Towel
- Musical instrument (no boom boxes)
- Folding camp chairs ( no chairs over 30 inches with a seat height over 10 inches are allowed at the main stage )
- Blanket or tarp on main stage
- Commissary (no cooking at Earthtrek)
- Food and beverages (Earthtrek prepares all meals, deli/store at Lotus, restaurant at ARR, nearest full service grocery is in Placerville, many restaurants in Coloma)
- Cooler
- Ice
- Paper products
What not to bring:
- PETS
- High back chairs ( no chairs over 30 inches with a seat height over 10 inches are allowed at the main stage )
- Boom boxes
- Amplified instruments
River trip
What to bring:
- Swimsuit/shorts (avoid "slippery" materials!)
- Tennis shoes (no flip flops or thongs)
- Personal Medicine
While on the river, you need little other than your river attire. There is limited space available in a water- resistant bag for additional items, such as rain gear or medication that you might need during the day (no towels, please). This bag is usually available only during the lunch stop and at camp.
NOTE: For your comfort and safety, special clothing items such as a wetsuit, wool or fleece jacket/hat or water/windproof jacket/suit are required during periods of inclement weather or if you get cold easily.
Optional Items for on the river
- Waterproof sun block, sunglasses w/strap, hat, visor
- Waterproof camera
- Long-sleeve shirt and pants for sun protection (should be quick drying)
- Wool or fleece sweater/jacket and hat, waterproof jacket or suit **
**(Items required in inclement weather)
What not to bring:
- Expensive watch, jewelry, radio, pets, camera without water protection. Space is limited on the boat.
- Please note that storage of keys, wallets, and other valuables is the participant's responsibility
